Awesome, made me realize how connected we are with Mother earth. Very touching and moving. I realized the answers I am seeking are within me- all I need to do is ask. This has been the most amazing weekend. I was very anxious leading into the weekend and almost cancelled the night before (including forfeiting my $500 plane ticket)- but my inner self forced me to come. At the Circles to Spirals weekend, I got "to make love to myself, with grace, compassion, and in celebration" and I feel!!!!! I feel!!!! My legs hurt deliciously! My body tells me to move each time I hear moving music. I have played your "radiant Heart Groove" over and over....and danced, ...and danced...and danced! I saw my daughter this morning, she stopped before work. We walked for 2 hours along the lakeshore and surrounding forest. It was delightful. I hope now to help her learn her body's beauty!
